Service Description

Yoga with the horses! Join us 6/9, 6/22, 7/14, 7/27, 8/11 and 8/24. We will be practicing either in the barn or overlooking the pasture, allowing the horses to assist us in finding our breath. Take time out this summer! These 60 minute sessions are for all levels. We will focus on allowing the mind and body to unwind and decompress amidst the beauty of Mother Nature and these gentle giants. A portion of your participation fee goes to our sister nonprofit organization, Purple Lotus WARRIOR Yoga, in support of mental health and the prevention of suicide.
