Service Description

This yoga experience is offered 7/15 and 8/12 and is for all levels! Classes will provide full body movement with focus on the breath. This practice will assist in decompressing the mind and body from your week and cultivating energy for your weekend! Meet on the grass near the outdoor pavilion and plan to stay afterwards for a cup o' Joe and community time with your neighbors! A portion of your participation fee goes to our sister nonprofit organization, Purple Lotus WARRIOR Yoga, in support of mental health and the prevention of suicide.
